Everyday heroes complete NY/NJ Torch Relay!
Last Friday, on an unseasonably warm and sunny day, nearly 70 walkers came together at the Hudson River Walkway in Jersey City to participate in the 5k leg of the New Jersey/New York Torch Relay for Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals, raising funds for two member hospitals: Children’s Specialized Hospital and Cohen Children’s Medical Center.

The NJ/NY Torch Relay’s top fundraising team is from the Newark Airport Marriott, having raised $6,353 thus far. Here, the team poses with the NYC Skyline as a perfect backdrop.
